APRIL Group: What is Sustainability?

These are some strange times and I was very fortune to be able to work on a COVID-19 commercial for the APRIL Group, the world's second largest paper supplier all the way in the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. We shot this heartfelt project over a week and launched it on social media shortly after where it struck a chord with viewers and both English and Indonesian versions garnered more than 2 million views on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). APRIL Group: What is Sustainability?

We hear a lot about sustainability, but what does it actually mean? We went all the way to Sumatra, Indonesia to find that out and in conjunction with APRIL Group, made a sustainability commercial that highlights the various forms of sustainability available in the region: both environmental and economic.

Along the way, we got to meet some elephants, film with an awesome helicopter, and check out some incredible plantations that can only be found in this part of the world. What a truly memorable experience!
